Repairs and maintenance are carried out by certified Roland technicians, covering all phases of service and enabling fast restoration of product functionality, including replacement of worn or damaged parts (subject to spare part availability).

Value+

Essential digital support, including 24/7 monitoring, predictive alerts, firmware updates, online support, and a self-maintenance kit.

 

Bronze

Preventive maintenance support, including all Value+ features plus an annual on-site service visit from a certified Roland DG technician instead of the self-maintenance kit.

 

Silver

Balanced service coverage, including annual preventive maintenance, faster response times, comprehensive eligible repair cover, and Roland DG Connect Advanced Add-Ons.

 

Gold

Premium Roland DG Care coverage, including priority support, next-day on-site service where required, two annual maintenance visits, unlimited eligible engineer visits, and advanced business insights.

 

Pre-Warranty Inspection: Roland DG may refuse activation of the extended warranty if its conditions are not met. Acceptance or rejection will be confirmed within 72 hours of the request. If rejected, any credit-card payment will be refunded by the same method.
