Roland DG Connect Multi-User allows users to view device information registered under multiple user accounts from a single dashboard. This feature is designed for businesses operating across multiple sites, branches, or teams, enabling centralised visibility without requiring multiple logins.

For customers on the Business Dashboard Subscription plan, shared device information is displayed directly in the dashboard, listing devices from different accounts in one consolidated view.

What It Does

Multi-User enables one account to access and monitor devices registered under other user accounts, making it ideal for multi-site organisations.

Once shared, devices are added to the device list and users can view key operational data, including:

• Device operation status
• Ink usage and consumption trends
• Current ink levels
• Health check and maintenance status
• Access is controlled by role, ensuring secure visibility across teams.
